A court clerk influences a juror in a murder trial for personal profit

From article:Alex Murdaugh, a disgraced lawyer whose double-murder conviction was overturned, has filed a lawsuit alleging his civil rights were violated when court clerk Rebecca "Becky" Hill tampered with the jury at his trial.

The 17-page lawsuit, filed Monday in federal court in Columbia, alleges Hill improperly influenced jurors in an effort to secure a guilty verdict because she believed it would help sell books she planned to write.

During a news conference Monday, Murdaugh attorney Jim Griffin said the lawsuit is intended to uncover the full extent of Hill’s alleged conduct.

"The purpose of this lawsuit is to hold Becky Hill accountable for what she did," Griffin said. "She has not been held to account at all for her conduct."

Griffin also claimed that investigators failed to properly pursue several leads into other potential suspects before Murdaugh’s initial trial. Chief among those claims is that forensic testing revealed an unknown male's DNA under Maggie Murdaugh’s fingernails. According to Griffin, the DNA does not match any member of the Murdaugh family.

The lawsuit follows a May 13 ruling by the South Carolina Supreme Court vacating Murdaugh’s convictions and ordering a new trial, finding Hill "placed her fingers on the scales of justice" and improperly influenced jurors.

According to the lawsuit, Hill repeatedly told jurors not to be "fooled," "confused," or "misled" by the defense’s case and instructed them to closely watch Murdaugh’s behavior and body language when he testified in his own defense. At least one juror later testified Hill’s comments influenced her guilty verdict, according to the complaint.

The filing also alleges Hill held repeated private conversations with the jury foreperson during the trial, including meetings in secluded areas and the jury room bathroom.

https://www.sccourts.org/media/opinions/HTMLFiles/SC/28329.pdf Official court opinion:

Related: After reviewing the affidavit, the post-trial court questioned Juror Z: I asked you previously was your verdict on March 2, 2023, influenced in any way by communications from Becky Hill, the clerk of court. You answered that question yes. In light of what you said in the affidavit, which is: "I had questions about Mr. Murdaugh's guilt but voted guilty because I felt pressured by the other jurors[,]" [i]s that answer that I just read a more accurate statement of how you felt? Juror Z answered affirmatively.

Stifling. The justice system is broken. It is persuasive to me, I am of the opinion that deliberations are bad and the idea that it is possible for jurors to directly observe is an issue. The woman who persuaded the juror attacked credibility by vaguely pointing to suspicion.

In short, I think that an internet forum type jury system where a document as such is presented to jurors independently. You probably cannot understand until you've been framed. Makes me cry.

Teaching others to obey the commands of Jesus

Matthew 28: 18Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Matthew 19:16-19 (related: Lev 19:15-18) is one of my favorites on this subject of teaching others to obey Jesus.

She knew that fertility and birth defects began to become an issue around 28

I met a 24 year old lady recently randomly on the street, I approached her and said hi. We spoke for about 2 hours. We got to the subject of marriage and kids, I asked her directly about when fertility begins to decrease, she spoke very confidently at length about the subject stating that around the age of 28 these issues begin to become an issue.

When I asked her how or why she knew this she began to become deflective and even eventually later tried to claim that she was only vaguely familiar with the idea, but 28 years old and the details she knew weren't vague or shallow.

She told me that she was just interested in having a good time, just having fun, but all that doesn't interest me.

I am convinced that she looked into the details surrounding fertility and birth defects to she how long she could mess around for before she has to start seriously moving towards having kids. It makes me very sad that her priorities and what she considers fun to not be motherhood. This is the 2nd time I've encountered this very recently (past 7 days), it's breaking my mind a little, kind of wipes me out.

Overwhelming majority of women seems unbelievably crazy, but even the not super crazy ones still have some broken and crazy priorities and ideations. Nobody cares.

wh1te ph0bia: to do or say anything against wh1tes doing best for wh1tes.

Don't say mean or hateful things. Just define wh1te ph0bia to others. Over and over.

If you are white and you don't do this, and you don't study law to petition courts, I think less of you.

Make wh1te babies.
