Afternoon cravings ruining Keto efforts
Is there any means to keeping afternoon cravings in check?
I’ll stroll through my morning really easily, with black coffee, cottage cheese and jerky/avocado, a 1L bottle of electrolyte water, but then at 3-4pm, I’ll just fold to crazy cravings, and it feels like every time those sweets or chips hit my tongue, I’ll just stuff myself and feel shame afterwards.
It really is my one barrier in this endeavour..
Any tips on quickly accessible food to quench those?
