The feeder is handing over a tree 2m above the ground with a 1.8m height wall next to it .
Can we use a solar one ? ( it gets around 4H sun during the summer and 2H sun during winter )
Hiring an employee to assistant my parents; it involves their health, medical, billing, house maintenance plan etc.
Anyway to do a background check for an employee ?
What kind of background can we legally check ? ( criminal record, credit scores, judicial cases)
Currently using UVMune 400; however, living in US, so prefer to have another alternative prepared in case of out of stock or shipment delaye etc.
I have very dry and very sensitive, hyperpigmentation skin, very easy to develop Melasma/Sunspots.
Living in California South Coastal. Need to go out during Lunch time every day in the noon; walking under the direct sun for 20-30 min. Do I need heavy SPF50 or light weight is ok ? (no sweating etc)
Any suggestion?
I'm feeding the Orange Crowned Warbler. The feeder is placed under the tree shade for the worms to be live.
Any suggestion?

The next room; with the modem is separated by a 5-6m hall way. So it physically unlikely to connect all eero with ethernet cable.
Saw this fledge comes by everyday for around a week, just start to feed itself in June 8th ( the date this video is recorded )
But recent three days, I don’t see it anymore, but only more adult looking , more greenish orange crowned warbler comes .
I don’t know if it’s because it left for other adventures or becomes more adult looking and I mistook it as an adult one
The feeder is hanging 6.5 feet in height
But it’s feathers seems bad

The mealworm is half blacked, so I guess it dies from dehydration when I put in the feeder since morning.
South Coastal California; How is my garden plan ?
Goals: area is partial to full shade
(1) Formal and Clean looking
(2) area to have Orange crowned warbler foraging year around
Any improvement or advice ?
EG: here is Seaside Daisy
The north is at bottom
The raised stone bed ( one with AC and RV) is like 28ft by 6ft
lots of birds are signing right next to my window; but I have placed the feeder; and some rices on the floor for a month, no bird come
This junco is feeding two sparrows with worms
Sparrows seems adult
I can't stop crows from getting the worms from my small, light weighted, hanging against wall feeders.
These crows are trying to revenge me as well, dumping waste/rocks on my windows every time when I go to the garden to drive them out.
I use a cage feeders, then the crow just push the feeder down to the ground so that no birds can eat.
So if I accept the fact that crows share the food with my orange crowned warblers.
How risky for my warblers' and juncos' health?
I do wash my feeder every day ( soak with boiling hot water every night )
