Just need a bit of extra income, I’ve turned my office into a furnished bedroom, just gotta get the window fixed, but sort of wondering what to do after that, or if there’s other things I should know and prepare for.

I’ve had this happen a lot lately, is it an old people thing or a rural thing? I don’t like it but I’m kinda embarrassed to like make a thing out of it
