We had bed bugs but our technician we hired treated and said that we are clear. I keep finding blood (or what looks like) stains on my bed. I haven’t seen any actual bugs however.

Found this underneath my pillow when I went to take the pillowcase off.

I’m unsure of whether or not this could be a bite or a sweat pimple maybe? I did have bedbugs and were supposedly clear now. It’s one dot and it wasn’t itchy. I did try popping it and that only made it hurt so I’m unsure. I do sleep bundled up in long socks/pants and a hoodie so I guess I could see how it would be able to get in and bite me here. So far I’m not seeing any “new” bites except for this.

We hired a pest control company on June third. They came and sprayed our baseboards, dusted outlets, steamed our couch/chair/computer chair and our mattresses. He also did our dressers. Then the next week, he came and sprayed our mattresses/furniture. He did a final inspection on the 17th and said we were clear. He even told us at the beginning of all of this that this wasn’t even what he would consider a decent sized infestation as it mainly stayed local to my mother’s room.

He came on the 29th to put mattress encasements on our beds and a night or two later I saw this: is it bedbug stains? I have no idea what else it would be. He told us that it didn’t look bedbug related.
