Israel bombs Syrian airbase, US is less then pleased.

Brilliant play, piss off the one off the one neighbor who was interested in repairing relationships, and further piss off your sugar daddy. I really have no idea why the hell they continue to do this, besides Netanyahu wanting a forever war to keep himself and Likud in power. The targets were SU-22s, an airframe last tactically relevant in the '60s, of which the Syrian government only had about 8 or so. Syria is going to end up back in the hands of the Russians and Iranians if the US and Turkey don't do something to keep Israel on a leash.

Texas judge rules that law regulating firearm suppressors and some guns can't be enforced

SS: In a ruling that will most likely not stick, a federal judge in Texas has ruled against the NFA, in particular its restrictions on supressors/silencers.

Regardless of your views on the issue of broader gun control, restrictions on attachments like stocks or suppressors are silly and outdated. Reducing noise pollution and hearing damage for recreational shooting should be encouraged, and said attachments in no way make firearms any more dangerous. You shouldn't have to jump through hoops just to get a device that, in countries like England, they'll sell you over the counter.

Combination silencer/taco trucks on every gun range.

I have seen the future, Red Guard lore is going to be completely rewritten to be 250% more fremen-coded because Todd loves Dune 3 a little too much. The protagonist will be some Breton prince ordered by the Empire to go and restore order to Hammerfell.

‘BRRRRT Act’ Introduced in U.S. Congress to Keep the A-10 Warthog in Service

See, we can still do a bipartisan bill every now and then. As long as it involves a hamfisted attempt to keep God's most useless airframe in the sky with a name that sounds like it was made by Redditors. Every person involved with this should be voted out, as they clearly are not very serious people and should not be in the highest seats of power. As you know, out of the many serious issues our country faces that should be addressed with bipartisan efforts, top priority among those are meme/vibe based bill to keep a morbidly obese MANPAD fodder plane with a cannon that can't even kill modern tanks flying in our skies. I mean, look at how well it did in recent spats in the Middle East, where it blew up a bunch of Iraqi friendlies, went on one mission over contested airspace, then was promptly shot down and splashed into the Gulf.

Had to downsize the collection a little bit for the move.
