I’m no expert but I believe in this situation the authenticity spoke for itself, and am hoping I was correct. Any insight would be highly appreciated. The 925 stamp is almost completely faded so I didn’t bother trying to capture it in a photo, but I tested the silver and it is authentic.

Avoiding lying would be the only reason anyone would make this move, so the real question now is will this come back to bite him? I almost feel like he would’ve been better off lying under oath at this point.

So… what does everyone think of this? Pretty telling I’d say. First fired without an explanation, now this? Although this action blocks the release of a video deposition, at least we get the transcript. What really sucks, and I’m sure was his goal, is that she’s no longer under oath. The whole point of the second deposition was to catch her lying under oath, so in that sense this is bad. But this is such a random and aggressive act that I believe it can be used later against Trump as evidence when prosecuting him.
