Second thoughts about buying a wheel. Should I go cheaper?

Hello I am having a bit of a problem. I'm trying to get into simracing, but the only wheel I currently have is some cheap hori thing which is crap (broke after 2 weekends of use) and so i thought about buying myself a moza r5 so that i get a bundle for long time. However I am starting to feel that maybe I should go with the r3 but then i would have to upgrade faster. What do you think about it? My only real expierience with sim racing is some beamng on the hori amd dirt rally2 but i mostly play on controller

A budget stand up to 170$ for Moza r3/r5 bundle

Hello I am trying to get into the sim racing world and got a recommendation from a friend for one of these wheels but I see a problem, I have a tall desk and i know it will be uncomfortable for me to use a wheel (i had a crappy very cheap wheel), because I, either have the wheel too high or i wont be able to reach the pedals, So do you have any recommendations? For additional info I'm in Europe so keep in mind that some services won't be accesible or would be too long/too much hasssle to go through

I just checked my PSU and its 600W, and the site i will be buing my GPU from says it needs at least 750W. And now I am not sure if i should go for a 850W or higer or if i should get a 750W. I also need to upgrade my fans because half of them are barely working. On the site it says "Rekomendowana moc zasilacza" wich means Recommended PSU power
