My 9 to 5 paid off.
I don't usually share my wins, but here it goes.
When I was in high school, I got my first PC care of my parents: an i7 8th Gen CPU, a GTX 1050 Ti GPU, and 16GB of RAM. I was so happy and instantly fell in love with gaming. I didn't know much about PC specs back then all I wanted was something full of RGB. LOL.
2022, I got my first-ever credit card and impulsively bought an RTX 3060 Ti. I was happy at first, but I later realized it was a really bad purchase because GPU prices were incredibly high during the pandemic. I ended up in debt, but luckily, I paid it off and was debt-free after a year.
In 2024, I promised myself that I would work hard and started manifesting my dream PC. I told myself I could achieve it within a year, but life got in the way, so it was delayed.
2026, and here I am, staring at my dream PC.
Blood, sweat, and tears. My 9-to-5 shift. Telling myself, "Save up. you've got a dream PC to build."
All I can say is that I have never been happier. I'll forever cherish this achievement.
To everyone who's grinding to build their dream PC, don't give up. There will definitely be delays, but progress is progress. Just remember: if the plan doesn't work, change the plan but never the goal.
