Looking for help - mending a thin (crêpe?) fabric dress

Hi! I have this awesome summer dress - it's a very light, delicate 100% viscose fabric. There's a small hole on the back, mostly in the blue stripe. I'm not sure how to mend this in the most invisible way, since the fabric is super light. Could I use normal thread, should I use something else? I can't really put any backing, so how do I get this stable? Thanks!!

Mayday mayday! Fly Repellent horse spray stains!

I've got a new one... For the first time in forever I spent a day around horses, and managed to get fly repellent spray on my clothes. Now as a kid this was the end of that item as "good clothing" cause the stains never got out the wash. It's pretty notorious.

It's a brown colored stain on white/light blue active wear (cycling tshirt). The stain is probably caused by the hartshorn oil component... But I'm not sure what's in the spray exactly.. I don't know if it's an actual oil, or a differently made chemical component that still carries that name...

What I've done: I immediately tried to rinse it out, and threw it in the wash on 40C with liquid detergent and oxygen bleach.. I'm currently in a place without a lipase booster or detergent unfortunately. Currently have it soaking with some kind of green eco dish soap, since the stain didn't come out..

Before I try a billion other things if the dish soap doesn't work - any takers for some input??

Finding a pattern for a top I spotted

I've been getting started with sewing, and this is probably more than I can handle right now, but I'm irritated with my summer wardrobe and have been eyeing tops like this. Unfortunately the sizes this store carries, are miserable (it says size up, fits smaller than size, and the size only goes up to an L). How would I go about finding a pattern for a similar styled top? It looks tailored but not tight /form fitting. I'm looking for something that goes up to an XL / would accommodate a larger bust /hips.
