Why is it that people accept that characters like whis are obviously stronger than other top tier characters whilst having next to no feats (im not up to date on manga please sont assault me if im wrong --> either way people still accepted this agea ago anyway) but being narratively stronger.
Meanwhile, other characters like yuji who are in the same situation are just ignored/or downplayed even though narratively they should be the strongest.
Im not using these two characters as defacto examples, there may be some things i am unaware of so if people could provide better examples much would be appreciated

Im planning on pulling Suisui for my Yap^2 team and im wondering if Chisa should use her Thread of Severed Fate Sonata or the Rejuvenating Glow Sonata cos i feel like giving Chisa alot more personal dmg would be better than just a 15% ATK boost and 10% healing boost overall since i'll get Suisui.
