Could Higuruma put Mahoraga on trial? If so, how would it go?

The first thing that comes to mind is whether Mahoraga could even be put on trial as it is part of the Ten Shadows technique, so the responsibility for any of its actions could lie with the Ten Shadows user.

But let’s assume it is put on trial for one of its crimes. Could it even plead in any way or would Higuruma take silence as an admission of guilt? Would Judgeman confiscate its sword or the Dharma wheel? Could Mahoraga adapt to the conditions of Deadly Sentencing and attack Higuruma despite the ban on violence?

[TOMT] Youtube composer similar to Derek Fiechter that had an album with a fireplace on the cover and cultural music

The fireplace had these four branch-like structures going upward on maybe a yellowish background? There was like an Asian-themed piece and a desert-themed piece. I remember there being something like “Origins” but idk if that was the name of the album or one of the pieces

Don’t know if this is the same composer but I vaguely remember there were like pirate and Western themed metal songs where there would always be these metallic skulls or symbols floating in as the video began. Sorry if this is like two in one
