I had set up HSA for transit and parking by mistake when doing open enrollment for the insurance that my job provides me around the end of 2025. I've had them for about 6 months now, but recently had them waived so that the amounts of money I opted to put into them are longer taken from my weekly paychecks.

Is it possible for me to get a full refund of the money that's currently in those accounts by having a check sent via mail, or through direct deposit?

A throwback of a quarter change routine that the 2011 Squad performed using the song, "Party Rock Anthem," by LMFAO ft. Lauren Bennett.

I don't know how often the song was used, but it went well with the choreography. I also thought to share this because it was reported that the featured artist recently passed away. 🙏🏾

Sasha Agent-Marrier (cheered 2010-11) and her daughter, Sianna Armstrong, recently appeared on Sophia's podcast, Curly Chats! They talk of Sianna's upbringing, dancing and that tragic day which we thank God she survived!

Sasha also went into detail on her daughter's injuries and the surgeries that needed to be done halfway in. Sianna has some more ahead, but we're praying that her recovery journey will go smoothly. 🙏🏾

Jasmine (cheered 2012-14) just shared the mid season trailer for The Valley's third season on her IG! I didn't realize it because I have not kept up with reality tv updates, but she has been promoted to main cast since the shows second season! 😅

In the trailer, you see clips of Jasmine trying on wedding dresses, her and Melissa's engagement party, as well as her yelling and.... Being blocked from charging at someone during a heated discussion. 😯

So last night, The Vikings Cheerleaders had their final auditions and from what I have seen in clips from Jacie and the candidates, they are crazy talented! Jacie has elevated the talent since becoming the Director!

It almost reminded me of a beauty pageant. I know that each squad has their own way of running auditions, but Kelli and Judy should consider doing something like this. Especially to still showcase the candidates' skills despite not having Show Group anymore.
