Outback is more expensive but at the same time it’s also better quality it feels like! That’s just my opinion when choosing between the two in Pensacola it’s rough but outback wins will it give me food poisoning sure but ties good!

So unfortunately I’m allergic to whey protein powder and that is unfortunately in most protein products I have found in the stores does anyone have any brand suggestions for supplements that still taste good?
I used to really struggle with basically inhaling my food but I have found that putting spices in my cooking or if I’m feeling a bit spicy ghost pepper powder I have to really slow down and enjoy my food instead of rushing through it.
because one of my friends was talking about how she feels like she only talks to her friend every 6 months or so when if she isn’t in a relationship it’s a steady flow of the “friend” reaching out too but if she’s in a relationship my friend has to be the one to reach out and most of the time she gets a reply maybe a few days later and it’s short. That’s not friendship that’s convenience.
