Has anyone had severe endometriosis but surprisingly good embryo quality during IVF?

I am asking for a close relative of me. She had her first transfer and with Stage 2 endo she chose IVF and her reports say that the embryo quality is good! How is it possible? Can someone explain me pls?!

Transfer tomorrow but I feel weirdly numb about it...:(((((

I miss the version of me that used to feel excited before transfers 😞 After enough failed cycles I feel like I automatically prepare myself for disappointment now even when everything looks “perfect” on paper.

Has anyone here regretted delaying IVF while trying to manage endometriosis naturally first?

I’m genuinely curious how many people here spent years trying to manage endometriosis with supplements, diet changes, hormones, pain management etc before finally moving toward IVF later. Sometimes I keep wondering whether delaying fertility treatment to focus on symptom management first actually helped people feel more prepared… or whether some ended up wishing they had started IVF earlier instead. I feel like this balance between “managing the disease” and “not losing time” becomes really confusing with endo.
