Sertraline and Side Effects

Hi all, I have recently started on Sertraline (1 week in of my 25mg and starting today on 50mg) and have been feeling a bit weird. I started on Friday last week, and since Sunday last week I have been feeling quite breathless and needing to yawn/take deep breaths in an attempt to feel like I'm getting enough oxygen. I'm getting enough as my breathing isn't obstructed and is normal, so I think it's an anxiety thing as it feels a lot like panic attacks previously. I have a medication review on Tuesday so will discuss it with my doctor too, but just to put my mind at ease has anyone else experienced this? Does it go away after adjusting to the meds? It's freaking me out at times (especially as COPD killed my mum so breathing things are uncomfortable for me).

Also, I felt OK breathingwise this morning, until I had coffee and it's started again. I wasn't advised to avoid caffeine, and it usually doesn't have an effect on me (I just like the taste), but could this be the issue? I'm going to skip my morning coffee tomorrow as a test! Thank you for just letting me get this out. I've been worrying and overthinking everything, but I get the impression here you will understand that!

How can I encourage autonomous flirting?

Hi all, I've created a few sims based on stereotypes & stranded them on a desert island to see who ends up with who. However it's been 1 sim week and not a single flirt interaction!!

I am trying not to initiate anything myself to see who each sim likes, so am hoping to encourage more autonomy here. I've created a club, listed all flirty/romantic social interactions as club activities, maxed out the flirty club vibe, they're all flirty but nobody is flirting! Any tips? I updated my few mods today, but wondering if it could be a mod interfering

I've always been a fan of musicals, but somehow had never heard of Epic until 3 weeks ago when my 11 year old niece invited me over to watch her new favourite thing. Have to say at first I was like, yeah this is cool, excellent songs & vocals but not sure it's my thing. I'm not sure what happened next, or how, but the soundtrack is my go to on the morning commute. I've started watching people react to the songs on YouTube, and have found myself humming the songs during my workday. I've just ordered a copy of The Odyssey and the first Percy Jackson book as know very little about Greek Mythology...

I'm starting to suspect it's my thing 😅
