[WTS] [CAN-ON] [H] XENNS Tea Pro w/extra filters + Asus Rog Kithara [W] Local Cash

Hello everyone,

I live in Milton, Ontario and I am selling the XENNS Mangird Tea Pro IEM and I am including a few extra filters with it that you use to exchange anytime you want. I haven't exchanged the filters yet but I have them as spares that I purchased online. I also have the Asus Rog Kithara to sell. I am only selling because I am using another open-back planar headphone that is currently my main. Both of these sound excellent and they are also in excellent condition. I prefer local cash and meeting up closer to my area.

Is this a good time to overseed or wait for fall?

I live in Ontario and tried to overseed 12 days ago and have been watering 2x a day but not seeing the results I hoped for and want to do an even better prep on my lawn this time; dethatch once more, clear any leaves, overseed then use starter fertilizer then add peat moss. is it possible to start the processs again now or it is better to wait for fall?
