Potential account/SIM security issue after calling Cricket today

Today I called Cricket to pay my bill and change my plan. The first call was extremely difficult. She sent me a link to pay my bill and I had to keep explaining to her that I can’t open the link as I don’t have service/internet. I wanted to pay over the phone with my card info as I’ve done before many times without an issue. She didn’t seem to understand so I told her I’ll call back another time and hung up. Shortly after that call, I started receiving multiple texts from Cricket in Spanish (idk why because I don’t speak Spanish) saying that my phone number had been changed, funds had been transferred, my voicemail has been reset. I did NOT request or authorize any of these changes nor did these changes actually occur on my account.

I called Cricket back a second time and got a different representative. I was able to successfully pay my bill and change my plan, and my phone number still appears to be working normally.

However, shortly afterward, I received a text alert that someone was attempting to access my Facebook account. This has me extremely concerned that something may have happened during the first call.

Has anyone experienced something like this with Cricket? What should I specifically ask them to check? I want to make sure there wasn’t a SIM/eSIM change, number change, port-out request, or unauthorized access to my account or phone number.

Tape In Hair Extensions

I need recommendations for tape in hair extensions! I don’t wanna spend over $500 on 4 packs. I have thick medium length hair. I don’t want something that will get ratty after a few weeks. I’m considering goo goo hair extensions because I have a TikTok discount thingy but I’ve heard so many bad things. I still wanna try them but idk… pls share your fav places to get tape ins and tips! Tysm :)

Looking for foundation, concealer, and primer recommendations! 💄

Hi! I’m finally going back to work after being home for about 6 months and I’ve realized most of my makeup is either running out or expired. I want to treat myself to some new products. Please share your recommendations!

My skin is combination:

- Oily in my T-zone and slightly dry on my cheeks and around the perimeter of my face

- I have some acne scarring with small ice-pick scars/texture that I’d like to blur as much as possible

What I’m looking for:

Foundation

- Long-lasting (8+ hours)

- Medium to high coverage

- Doesn’t separate on oily areas

- Works well on textured skin

- Open to liquid or powder foundation (I’ve never tried powder foundation before, so I’d love to hear your experiences!)

Concealer

- Medium to full coverage

- Doesn’t crease badly

- Works for under-eyes and blemishes

Primer

- Something that helps blur/fill acne scars and texture

- Helps makeup stay put throughout the day

- Doesn’t make foundation slide around

I’m open to both drugstore and high-end recommendations. No budget restrictions. Just looking for products that actually perform well.

If you have combination skin and similar texture concerns, I’d especially love to hear your holy grails and why you love them! Thank you! 💖
