Hi. We are currently with HSBC and will have 60k left to pay when our 5 years. mortgage term ends next year. Does anyone know if HSBC will agree to keep us locked for two more years? Not sure if it's better to lock or stay on tracker also.

Is a jump from 0.25 to 1 unsafe? I'm not losing much on 0.25 and I have two pens of 0.5 so could use both
