I would like to figure out the previous owner of the company along with any vessels that might have been owned by this company before 2008. I believe this company was transferred to the care of Gestion Maritime SAM sometime after the death of the companies original owner. I have searched for details about Carnaby Shipping Co Ltd in the Monaco company registry but no results were found, so I believe that it is not actually a company based in Monaco. I understand that "Co Ltd" is used in several countries, such as the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and India. I have searched the U.K company registry as well as a few others but I have not found a result yet. I would also like to understand why this company was transferred to Gestion Maritime possibly after the death of the owner and what the function of Gestion Maritime SAM is. Thanks.
