HELP!

PART 3 NEED HELP WITH SLIGHT ISSUE !
Here’s how it went. I bought a used 2023 Honda Grom and it had axle sliders installed already so I wanted to take them out. I wanted to take them out so I could adjust the chain adjusters because I couldn’t reach them before. I had to mess with the back wheel/take it out and putting it back in with a pain in the ass. I’m not sure if I slightly put something out of place whether it be a brake spring or the spacer or just something that I wasn’t paying attention to, but ever since now every time I drive in first gear it has a metallic scraping noise. You can hear it every rotation of the wheel, but once you get into second gear, it gets less noticeable and any gear above that you can’t really even tell.
NOISE ISSUE/ METALLIC SCRAPING (possibly?)
In these two videos, I demonstrate me accelerating in second gear and going down to first gear and you can easily hear the loud noise it makes!

Need quick help!

I’m upgrading my 2023 grom stock handlebars / grips w protaper stuff. I’m upgrading to the klx110 handlebars & pillow top grips. I want a throttle tube to make life easier, did my research & the motion pro quick throw throttle tube seems to be the best for price. Anybody know which exact model will fit 3rd gen groms?? (my 23’)
One website says the part # 01-0086 will fit
Another says the # 01-0094 will be a 100% direct fit
I’m just confused and wondering if anybody else ran into this. What is the best throttle tube I can get for my grom for the price? & can anybody vouch that the 00-0094 one will fit? It says it fits yamahas and kawasaki on partzilla but it’s not very specific! Pls help !

Pulled the rear axle to remove axle sliders and everything fell apart like Legos. Pls Help!

Hey y'all,
I messed up a simple maintenance job and need some guidance getting my Grom back together.
Yesterday, I went out just to tighten my chain and torque my rear axle. However, my axle sliders were blocking the alignment increments and the nut. To get the sliders off, I ended up pulling the main axle rod completely out... and then my whole rear end basically collapsed like Legos.
Right now, the wheel is resting on a random block of wood. The chain is still intact, but the rear brake caliper is completely out of place, and the brake pads and that annoying flat metal pad spring/clip fell out of the caliper.
I know I need to:

  1. Reset the brake pad spring and pads back into the caliper.
  2. Align the caliper bracket with the slot on the swingarm.
  3. Slide the axle rod back through everything (swingarm, adjusters, spacers, wheel, and caliper bracket).
  4. Set the chain tension and torque the axle.
But I am having a massive headache trying to get the brake pads/spring to stay flush, and juggling the wheel + spacers + caliper alignment all at once is kicking my ass.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Any tips on a specific order of operations to make this easier to line up without needing three pairs of hands? Appreciate any advice!

Help with adding a Kicker Key 200.4 to an existing single-amp (JL) setup

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some advice on integrating a second amplifier into my 2020 Toyota Corolla Le. (Factory head unitI currently have a JL Audio setup (amp + sub) installed in the back, and I’m ready to install my new Kicker Key 200.4 to power my Hertz CX 165 Cento 6.5" speakers.
I want to make sure my power distribution and fusing are safe and correct before I finalize this.
Current Setup:
Sub/Bass: JL Audio amp and sub (currently powered directly from the battery with a fuse block). (JL Audio XD600/1v2 mono block amp) (JL Audio CP212-WOv3:Dual 12W0v3 BassWedge Ported 2 Ohm subs)
New Upgrade: Kicker Key 200.4 (to power front Hertz CX 165s/rear factory speakers).
Misc/Accessories: I have a vehicle-specific T-harness, various wiring kits, and I’m currently sound-deadening the doors with butyl mats and foam liners.
My Questions:

  1. Power Distribution: I assume I need a distribution block to split power from the main cable to both amps. Should I be using a fused distribution block to protect each amp individually? Or is using what comes in the skar amp wiring kit good (fuse block w wiring)
  2. Fusing: If my Kicker Key 200.4 requires a 20A fuse and my JL setup uses its own (I believe it’s 50A), how should I calculate the main fuse at the battery?
  3. Wiring: Any tips for running the remote turn-on wire to both amps? Is it better to daisy-chain or use a specific splitter? Since I'm using a factory head unit with a T-harness, should I be using a Remote Turn-On wire from the harness, or does the Kicker Key's DC Offset/Signal Sensing feature work reliably enough for this specific vehicle?"
  4. Any missing parts? Am I on the right track with a distribution block, or are there other "hidden" parts I’m likely missing for a clean, professional-grade install? Do I need an loc? Is it better to just use separate wires for each amp?
  5. Signal Routing: Since I have two amplifiers, what is the best way to feed signal to both without risking damage? Is there a risk to my head unit if I use Y-splitters to send the signal to both amps, or should I look for pass-throughs?"
    6. Calibration/DSP Setup: "Since the Kicker Key 200.4 has an auto-tuning DSP feature, are there any 'gotchas' I should know about before I trigger the calibration? Should I have my doors fully sound-deadened with the mats and foam before I run the auto-tune, or does the order not matter?"

Also, are there any specific brands of distribution blocks or wiring accessories that you guys swear by for longevity and safety? I want to make sure I'm not using 'cheap' parts that might cause issues later

I’m planning to have a professional handle the final install, but I want to make sure I have all the necessary hardware ready to go so I’m not missing anything on the day of. Thanks for any guidance!

I need help installing a kicker key 200.4 amplifier!!! I’m in a 2020 Corolla LE. This is my first DIY install and it’s a lot harder than I thought!! Here’s what I’m working with… i’ve done the first step, but that’s about it, which is getting the power wire from the engine bay into my cabin through a rubber Gromit. Does anyone know a way I can somehow either install this or get in depth help without spending an arm and a leg?!😂 I’m so excited to hear this amp but spending 350$+ for an install is kinda nuts to me
