Good day peeps, I lost all faith in crossbar style lock due to my Kershaw mini Iridium's omega springs failing twice in one year and I work in a office so basically just fidgeting with my knives.

What brand makes the best or mos reliable crossbar tipe locks?

Hey all, I need some advise, I have only one crossbar lock knife and that is the Kershaw mini Iridium. I have had the knife for a little bit more than a year. Today is the second time one of the Omega springs broke on me. This makes me too scared to ever purchase a knife with a crossbar lock again. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love it, but two broken springs in a little more than a year seems ridiculous.

I own EDC items, (Leatherman Wave+, pocket knives, flashlights ext.), but sometimes I am to scared to use them as I am scared it will get damaged or scuffed up. Which sometimes makes me feel that I do not own them, but they own me. Weird, I know.
