Stop doing manual data entry. I build custom automations for Real Estate Agencies (Demo Included)

Hey everyone! I’m an automation developer specializing in the real estate sector. I’ve noticed that so many agencies are wasting hundreds of hours every month manually copying property data, doing repetitive data entry, and manually uploading listings to multiple portals

To show you what's possible, I just built a custom data-extraction engine for a client

I have attached a 40-second demo of the backend engine in action

As you can see, the user just pastes a Dubizzle search link into a custom dashboard, hits run, and the system automatically bypasses the anti-bot protections to extract every single detail—prices, GPS coordinates, full descriptions, agent phone numbers, and HD image links—straight into a perfectly organized CRM database

But this is just scratching the surface. I can build custom automations for any site and any repetitive workflow your agency struggles with

Some examples of what I can build for your team:

  • The Omnichannel Auto-Poster: Input your property details into one simple form, and have a bot automatically format and publish the listing across Dubizzle, PropertyFinder, and Bayut simultaneously
  • Custom Web Scrapers: Track market trends, competitor pricing, or off-market deals across any UAE real estate portal
  • Lead Routing: Automatically sync leads from Facebook/Google Ads directly into your agents' WhatsApps or your agency's CRM in real-time

If you have a boring, repetitive task that is eating up your sales team's time, it can probably be automated

Slide into my DMs and let's discuss exactly what workflows are slowing your agency down.

Built a Real Estate Lead Automation System

I've been building a lead automation system for real estate agencies that automatically collects new property listings, extracts property details, downloads images, captures agent contact information, and exports everything into Google Sheets (or your CRM), eliminating hours of manual copy-paste work every day.

The workflow currently extracts property title, price, location, beds, baths, area, description, amenities, listing URL, images, agent details, phone numbers (even when they require an extra click), and email addresses when available. It continuously organizes everything into a structured spreadsheet, ready for sales or marketing teams.

I'm looking for 2–3 real estate agencies willing to test the system at an early adopter price in exchange for feedback. If your team spends hours manually collecting property listings or lead information, I'd love to show you a demo and see if I can automate that process for you.

Feel free to comment or send me a DM if you're interested.

GTA 6 Soundtracks (Full Concept Album)

Hi everyone,

I've been working on a fan-made concept soundtrack inspired by the atmosphere of GTA VI, Vice City, and the state of Leonida.

The project contains 12 original instrumental tracks, each representing a different location, mood, or scenario from the GTA universe:

• Biscayne Blue • Rooftop Diamonds • Green Throttle • Ride or Die • Cold Cerveza • Port Authority • Jack of Hearts • Swamp Tooth • Pink Flamingo • Chainlink • Five Star • Leonida Sunrise

The music was generated using Gemini Lyria and then curated into a cohesive concept album. My goal wasn't to imitate Rockstar's soundtrack directly, but to capture the feeling of cruising through Leonida, exploring Vice City, and experiencing the different environments of GTA VI.

I'd love to hear your honest thoughts on:

•The music itself

•Track names

•Album artwork and thumbnails

•Which tracks work best and which don't

Thanks for checking it out!

FIXED: Spotify Native App Stuck at 0:00 Playback (Samsung Media Output Bug)

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share the solution to a brutal bug that drove me crazy today. If your Spotify native Android app suddenly freezes completely at 0:00 when you press play—and absolutely nothing happens, even with offline downloaded tracks—this is how you fix it.

The normal steps like clearing cache, reinstalling the app, or restarting your phone will not work for this because the bug isn't on your device; it's a ghost connection frozen on Spotify's servers.

The Trigger:

On Samsung Galaxy devices (like my S23+), interacting with the Media Output panel in the notification shade can cause a glitch. If the system fails a network handshake while scanning for local casting devices (like a PS5 or Smart TV), it traps Spotify's playback engine in an infinite "waiting" loop in the cloud.

The Real Fix (The "Spotify Connect Hijack"):

Since a local reinstall pulls the exact same frozen state from the server, you have to force the cloud session to reset using a different playback engine.

  1. Open Spotify in a web browser (either on your PC or your phone's mobile browser) and log into your account.
  2. Start playing a song through the web browser. (Verify it's actually playing and the timer is moving).
  3. While the web browser is actively playing music, open your native Spotify Android app.
  4. You should see the green bar at the bottom indicating that music is playing on another device.
  5. Tap the Devices/Spotify Connect icon (the little speaker/monitor) inside the native app.
  6. Explicitly select "This Phone".

This completely overrides the glitched cloud state, terminates the ghost session, and forces Spotify's servers to create a clean handshake with your phone's hardware. Your native app should instantly start working again!

Hopefully, this saves someone from a needless factory reset!
