Hola, Llevo un par de años sufriendo de reflujo ácido. Me recomendaron tomar omeprazol u otro IBP a diario para controlar los síntomas y prevenir daños en el esófago. El problema es que no tolero ningún IBP porque me provocan migrañas, mareos y ansiedad. Los he probado todos, y el único que no he probado es Voquezna (vonoprazán), que no está disponible en Europa. La famotidina (Pepcid) tampoco me ayuda y también me provoca migrañas. ¿Alguien más ha estado en la misma situación y ha encontrado una solución? Preferiría evitar la cirugía si es posible. ¡Gracias!

Edit: Baking soda and alginates don’t work for moderate GERD. They’re just not strong enough, and you can’t spend the rest of your life taking Gaviscon sachets three times a day either, because it gets expensive.

Llevo ya 1 año invirtiendo en fondos, actualemnte tengo 50% en el msci world, 25% horos y 25% azvalor. Mire donde mire solo veo a gente diciendo que ahora mismo los indices como sp500 o msci son un riesgo y en cualquier momento va a explotar, ya que con el tema de la IA cotizan a multiplos irreales. Escuchas a los de los fondos activos como azvalor que llevan años batiendo anlos indices y te hacen dudar.

Vosotros que opinais? Es solo ruido? Ya se que haciendo dca puedes promediar pero no sera mejor parar los indices y poner mas peso en gesrion activa value?

Me gustaria en unos años vivir exclusivamente de la inversion por eso tampoco quiero perder el tiempo.

Tengo curiosidad por encontrar gente que estuviera allí al mismo tiempo que yo.

I’m trying to decide whether I should keep investing in Bitcoin. I normally invest every month into index funds, and I’m able to put around €6k/month into them. I also have about €6.5k that I’ve been investing in Bitcoin since 2022.
At one point I doubled it, but then I started trading and ended up losing most of the gains. So I know the biggest problem for me is probably the temptation to trade and the constant FOMO.
I understand that Bitcoin can potentially outperform index funds. But if I invest €6.5k and it doubles, I have €13k. Great, but then what? If I sell, I’m out. If I keep holding, I’m still exposed to a huge drop. And if I start trading in and out, I already know how that ends.
I think it would be very different with €100k, where a 2x or 3x could genuinely change your financial situation. But turning €6.5k into €13k or even €20k doesn’t really change much for me, especially when I can invest around €6k every month.
So is the potential extra return from Bitcoin really worth the FOMO, stress and temptation to trade?
Index funds are boring, but I can DCA every month and leave them alone for 15–20 years. With crypto, I find it much harder to stay passive.
What would you do in my situation?

I’ve been prescribed a low-dose PPI for chronic use, but I really don’t tolerate them well. They trigger migraines, fatigue, and sleep problems for me. I’ve tried all the standard PPIs, and the only one I haven’t tried yet is Voquezna, which isn’t available where I live yet.
If I don’t take them, I get significant esophageal burning, so stopping isn’t really an option right now. I’d also prefer to avoid surgery at this stage.

Has anyone been in a similar situation and found a workable alternative or strategy? I’m starting to feel pretty discouraged.
