Eccentric pregnancy

Anyone with experience with an eccentric pregnancy location? Discovered at my 9w scan but wasn’t given too much info other than higher risk of miscarriage and preterm birth. Googling has me freaked out.

Acentralized pregnancy?

Has anyone heard of this? The only thing I find on the internet that’s close to it is angular but my doctor said acentralized. All is well at 9w3d but she said there is a greater risk of miscarriage and preterm birth with these. Anyone heard of it or have experience?

Threatened miscarriage 8 weeks

I’m about 8 weeks, unsure exactly as I believe I ovulate late and my first OB appt isn’t until Tuesday (today is Thursday). My pregnancy has felt pretty much the same to my first pregnancy (I have an 18mo old). At work today, suddenly I got cramps and started gushing blood. My poor coworker had to help me to my car. When I got home there were some clots too. We called the OB and they said to head to the ER to confirm if miscarrying. Bleeding slowed and cramping stopped over the next 30-60 mins.

Overall, at the ER it was kinda inconclusive. They labeled it as a threatened miscarriage and I need to follow up with my OB in a few days and get HCG rechecked.

A few notes:

\\-64,100 hcg
\\-closed cervix
\\-they did an abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound and confirmed intrauterine pregnancy but said “we see movement but can’t confirm if it is a fetal heartbeat or your blood vessels” weird…

I guess I’m just looking for anyone else with a similar experience or anyone’s thoughts. I feel like they should 100% be able to confirm a fetal heartbeat or not but is it because they aren’t necessarily trained in ultrasounds? Idk

Thanks ❤️

Cleaning first trimester

Just cleaned my bathroom with my regular cleaning products (Lysol, etc). Wore gloves and had the door open/fan going. Only took about 15 mins. But I didn’t even think about using safer products until after the fact. About 7.5 weeks. Did anyone clean using regular products in their first trimester?
