Hi so there was this long panel type artwork on Tumblr inspired by Fireworks. It kind of had a blue background and had the lyrics written for fireworks, particularly the lines "one morning this sadness will fossilize and I will forget how to cry. I'll keep going to work and he won't see a change save perhaps a slight grey in my eyes... till the cry cry cry line.
It was based on a girl with like short, shoulder length hair. It showed her just doing menial tasks. In the "knife sticking out" part there was just a knife with little blood drops on it. And in the end it was just the words "cry cry cry" with fireworks in the sky and just these three words. A dark blue background.
Again, it's like a long panel type artwork that I used to LOVE and adore. It was my phone lockscreen at one point but now for the life of me I cannot FIND IT. Please help me out

I'm having one of the worst attacks ever I took my meds ate food but I keep puking and puking it started yesterday night so I thought I'll sleep it off but my migraine started again as soon as I woke up. I've been up for 2 hours now and I have puked like three times already.
I have an important work meeting today that I can't skip+I just came back from a holiday yesterday so can't take the day off either. Any idea what I can do to subside so I can at least make it to the office and show my face
Edit: in the time I wrote this post I vomited twice again. I also have very bad stomach cramps which is something I usually don't have. I'll go see my doctor later sometime this week but I really do need to go to the office today so any quick fixes or anything would really help
