What is that one thing which we think we know about a baby and parent that you went through and want others to know

Has anyone traveled on a 15+ hour flight with a one-month-old baby? What are some important things we should be prepared for or take care of before and during the flight? If you’ve done it, would you recommend traveling at that age, or would you suggest waiting? Would love to hear your experiences and advice.
