[UPM] advice for a bs pharmacy freshie
Helloo po ates/kuyas of UPCP! 🥹 I have a few questions po regarding UPM BS Pharmacy, please help an incoming freshie out!
— From your experience, how was the schedule during first year? I've heard na medyo heavy po yung chem subjects sa first year + mostly one batch lang daw po yung lectures since maliit yung population, how true po ito and manageable naman po ba?
— Kumusta po yung subjects and profs overall? Especially po sa chem subjects huhu 🥹 May mga subjects/profs po ba na we can look forward to but also those na dapat po talagang paghandaan nang maigi? (medyo kinakabahan lang po ako since I've been told na adjustment period daw talaga ang pinakamahirap as a freshie + I also hope to maintain my GWA since I have plans for medschool in the future huhu 🥹)
— How are the lab subjects naman po in terms of facilities and actual learning experience? Malaki po ba usually yung gastos sa lab requirements and around how much kaya?
— Ano pong orgs (aside po sa home org) ang marerecommend niyo salihan during first year? 🙏 May opportunities din po ba that could help for medschool apps or resume building?
— Kumusta po yung community/environment sa pharma? Masaya naman po ba or survival mode: on po talaga 😔
