Yoga that is progressive and not just some 30 day program?

Hey, I'm looking for something that isn't just some 30 day program that I complete and then am lost on where to go after that. I need something that offers long-term progression and not another 7 day challenge. Any ideas? I really want to progress in strength and mobility. Looking for something in-home where I'm not constantly needing to search the internet for the next video series. Maybe some kind of longer form progressive course?

thank you in advance!

Any local electric piano players in town who want to jam?

Just curious if they're are any local piano players who want to play some blues/funk/folk/indie or anything in between. I play guitar and jam with some folks around town, but it would be a lot of fun to play with a piano player too!

What pedal would fit this description?

Hey guys, I'm very much a noob when it comes to pedals, but I was looking for something that can create atmospheric chordal stuff that isn't too crazy and you can still feel a sense of rhythm with it if that makes sense. I know there's pedals out there that can create some super wild, experimental sounds and that's not what I'm looking for.

Something that sounds close to what I want to create is the intro of "movie" by Tom Misch. There's a piano playing these mellow, pulsing, somewhat warped chords and I'm curious how I could recreate something of that general nature with pedals.

I'm new to jazz guitar, and struggle when I comp to really feel the swing and play a bit in front of the beat to create a sense of energy when I play. It seems like such a hard thing to feel. Learning a 2 5 1 lick is straightforward enough, but to really get the rhythm feel of jazz seems so elusive. Any advice?
