Melasma? Asian brown skin.

It appeared when i was in my high school (and has been there since) I'm in my mid thirties now. It covers whole upper back and back of my neck, back of my upper arms and half back of forearms. May be a bad tan could've provoked it but i don't remember the reason. When i noticed it, it was already too late. It didn't spread, never became darker or lighter. That's probably why no derm ever commented on it. Once one of them told me that they will take a sample of my skin (like take a piece) to test what it is and i never went back. One of them gave me a whitening cream that i used on my forearms for 7 to 9 weeks and then stopped because of no difference.

I am using hydroquinone+ tret now for almost 3 weeks after reading some good things about it.

(In pics, left is my leg and right my arm, the other pic is just my arm)

Office chair recommendation

I am 5'4" wfh and having severe back and shoulder ache. Found out it's the chair and desk height. Please recommend a good ergo chair. I can spend aroung 50k i have shortlisted following

Interwood Nova -personally checked at their shop didn't like much. Have adjustable armrests, lumbar support and headrest so may be it will be good but when i sat on it, didn't feel that good.

Interwood Snare without headrest - wasn't available in display but it has adjustable armrests and lumbar support.

Master offisys M16 (fixed armrests)- checked online and there are some recommendations on other subreddits for master offisys.

Attentra side effects

8 weeks in. I started at 25 mg strattera and have been on 50 mg for the past 5 weeks. I'm a mid-30s female and currently weaning my baby from nursing.

I haven't noticed any major changes overall, but yesterday I was able to finish an urgent task and sit through 3.5 hours of work straight, which honestly hasn't happened in years unless I'm doing something I'm really interested in. I had some chills and mild nausea, but they were manageable. What worries me more is that I've been having palpitations and a feeling of chest pressure for about 2 weeks now. I just read about the side effects, and now I'm a bit scared. Why it has to be like this 😔 😪
