Help with dealing with cold sores.
When you guys get cold sores. Do you treat your saliva as contagious? As in, do you wash your hands after drinking water or eating food in case you came in contact with your saliva. And do you believe that drool on your bed or arm might be contagious ?

It does not look like a traditional cold sore but I have no idea what else it might be. It has not grown or weeped or crusted over.

Cold sore or canker sore?
I get cold sores and I also get canker sores. I have this right now and I am not sure which it is because I have never had a canker sore there. It kind of bordering interior and exterior. Can someone help me ?
