currently I'm running this 1650 super, i3 10100f 24gb ram, 258 gb ssd, it's the hp pavilion gaming pc.

I'm thinking of buying a better one to handle streaming is this pc worth it pc specs:

i5-14400F, 4060 gtx oc, 32gb ram ddr4, 1tb(950gb) ssd nvme m.2, for 800$

p.s I never built a pc only ready ones please help?
