USA north Florida sandy soil grass. Very likely a manure based fertilizer is used. It was dark and I was walking the dogs.

The first 2 are the ones I lost. And the ppe transfer I started from a print. 3-4 are my first good clean transfers. The next 3 are lc’s that obviously I wasn’t prepared for but I think are safe for grain except the luetistic bull run. Could very well be me because I have a little contam going on. Then the pics of 3 plates are transfers from plates that I got pretty much gifted to me. 6 plates 3 lc’s and like 72 clean plates for 80. I move out of the camper Friday into a 2 bedroom alone. I’m doing mediocre work with this sab and I’m a 19’ camper with no running water and 2 dogs my success rate should improve greatly.

I think I am actually doing it right now! If something is wrong please tell me. Pumpkin penis envy harvested in June probably. Print taken on my kitchen counter not even attempting to be sterile. (Ignorance on my part). Mid March I made a sp syringe. Went spore to agar, and this is my second agar transfer. The pink is new. I feel accomplished lol.

I got these 2 15qt tubs for 4$ with no lids. I has 2# of ready to go grain coming and want to mix with 3# cvg. Or I have the 2 28qt growers select. Or the 2 6qt dub tek. From the looks the growers select isn’t much bigger than the 6qt. I was estimating 3-3.5 lb in the shoe box.

It’s taken almost 4 1/2 hours to prep/clean, set up, suit up, do 1 strain into a low and a hi nute. Transferred another one. But I’m pretty positive my sterile technique was on point. Still have 3 to go lol. Flow hood is definitely in my future. Sab is just too stiff for me I guess. But all in all these are my best transfers, clean no mistakes or dropping anything.

I wanted to use some unsterile prints I took and practice on agar. I did and also transferred some good genes and made some mistakes and dirtied some up. I was down to 2 strains and a dirty print that might make it just did a second transfer. But I just got 9 more strains and like 70 asst size and media clean plates. All except the 3 lc I just transferred need to be transferred. Would you go ahead and just toss these dirty plates? Would you possibly make a second sab and play with them? I’ve only opened them outside. But same sab just different times and alcohol bath in between. But it seems like an unnecessary risk. The last 2 are my only clean cultures with room to grow.

I took a little bit of the myc that looked good like maybe 1/4 cup from a jar that was contaminated. Outside and everything else was dying. Did like 1:2.5 chin a 32oz plastic grain jar. Punched a hole and taped it. The yellow in the pic isn’t yellow. Thinking that’s the water/flashlight maybe. I think it’s albino hillbilly.

42 clean 60mm asst color and hi/low nute. 28 90 or 100mm clean, 6 60mm cult plates and 3 10ml lc. I’m not sure where to start lol.

I’ve told my sob story all over Reddit lol. I was and currently am affected by the Florida wildfires. So during evacuation I packed all my spawn but it ended up sitting idle in the truck a lot. Then four days later it was 40’s at night and 80’s at lunchtime in a camper so my rice went bad to wet rot fast. Then a rye jar started spotting yellowish on the myc but was still colonizing so I was hopeful but eventually wet rot. Another rye was orange and wet. 2 that were the from the same plate were ok but showing what I thought was bruising which maybe because some lightened up but then it got green. I dumped them and picked the big myc chunks and mixed with cvg in a little 3qt bowl and put outside 🤷🏼‍♂️. A corn to green mold. I have 3 left but I’m not hopeful. 2 are the same plate different iso. Those are albino trinity. The other is warp speed. In the bowl is alnape. Genetics were good. I messed them up stoned one night but have them cleaned up almost. The weather isn’t looking any better. Any chance I’m shaking off the bad and s2b? The 2 were nocked on different dates like 5 days apart. I tried flipping them but the temp swing is just too much.

Trying to clean up some of my stoned out mistakes from the other night. Any chance the first pic is mycelium? Was from a print I took a year or so ago.
