My fav thing to grab on the weekend during happy hour. I gotta know

Hello gentlemen (and ladies),
I have been playing CS2 off and on very casually. I used to play on my work computer which ad 32 gigs of ram, and it ran great! However, I list that job (totally not related to gaming), and I am now playing on a 16Gb lenovo laptop with IRISxe and Intel Core i7. To be honest, it sucks. Terrible lag, cant even hit 30 frames per second, crashes a lot. I played on GEforceNow and its better but I want to know-what can I get that *comfortably* runs the game at 30 fps and doesnt crash? TIA.

Happy Sunday, so I'm pretty new to the blue collar work environment (was a spreadsheet jockey before I had to quit and move for circumstances beyond my control) and I'm still trying to figure out how to structure stuff outside of work. We work 4-10s at my job and I'm trying to figure out how to structure the gym for work. How do you guys do it? Right now I'm just going after work.
