Hiring: Someone to run online sales for our sanitary pads brand (Rajasthan-based)
Quick intro — we manufacture sanitary pads out of Rajasthan and want to seriously push our online game. Right now our marketplace and D2C presence is underbuilt, and that’s the gap we want to fill.
Looking for one person who can own this end-to-end.
The role, honestly:
Take our Amazon / Flipkart / Meesho listings from “exists” to “actually selling”
Eventually help us launch and scale our own D2C site
Talk to me directly — no layers, no politics
Who I’m looking for:
4-5 years actually doing this (not just “assisted with”)
You’ve handled Amazon Seller Central yourself and can talk shop about ACoS, TACOS, Ad spends
You understand FMCG/personal care is a high-volume, thin-margin game
You’re okay being scrappy — small team, fast decisions
Nice to have:
Sold in feminine hygiene or similar category before
Some performance marketing chops
Logistics:
Based in jaipur or rajasthan
Pay: 8 LPA + a real incentive tied to online revenue growth
