Tata Nexon 2019 Turbo Petrol: Massive loss of pickup after turbo vacuum pipe failure, dealership unable to fix after months

I own a Tata Nexon XM Petrol Turbo (2019, BS4) with approximately 87,000 km on the odometer.

A few months ago, my car suddenly lost almost all of its power. The engine RPM would rise, but the car would barely accelerate and felt like it had only 20–30% of its normal performance.

The authorized Tata service center diagnosed a broken turbo vacuum pipe and replaced it. The car improved somewhat, but it never returned to its original performance.

Since then, the following work has been carried out:

-Turbo vacuum pipe replacement.
-Oxygen sensor replacement.
-Clutch replacement/testing.
-Multiple inspections and road tests.
-Additional cleaning procedures recommended by the workshop.

However, the original problem still exists.

Current symptoms:

-Noticeably poor pickup in all gears, especially 1st and 2nd.
Engine RPM has to go much higher than before to achieve the same speed.
-Lower top speed than previously.
-Fuel economy has dropped from around 11–13 km/l to 8–9 km/l.
-Pick up is now around 30-40% less. (How I feel it)

This lack is performance was a very sudden and not gradual. The car simply does not pull the way it used to before the vacuum pipe failure.

Main focus of the service center seems to be to convince me that the car is operating normally and that they have checked the turbo and found no issues. Senior personnel have also gone on test drives with me, but the problem remains unresolved.

Last two months i have visited service center again dozen of times and wasted many hours. So many visits and test drives, they have also put a dent on my car although they accepted to fix it as well.

I have made complaint to Tata motors and escalated it when there was no solution. I have tried refueling at different pumps and also tried the premium petrol (although not xp100)

I dont understand why tata service center is not able to fix my issues when I am ready to pay them to fix it. Did they break something while fixing turbo vacumn pipe and now dont want to own their mistake? Is there a major fault to which they have no solution? Do they dont have turbo (if turbo is broken) for my 2019 model tata nexon petrol? Or simply they are not capable of fixing the issue and they cannot figure it out?

What choices do i have?Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated.
