So as soon I bought my 26 touring I ceramic tinted my windshield at 50% but I noticed that in my case I can feel some sord of heat coming from the windshield to the cabin. Its not like a direct head from the sun but more like waves of heat. Any one else with similar experience?
I just simply don't understand why so many people dont like the exterior design on the new 11th gen. To me is very appropriate to our time and will definitely age well.
So why is always the case it disconnect me from champs when Im winning 3 up in the first 30 mns? Then says servers unavailable?
My favorite color on a car is white but this time we picked Canyon River Blue for the wife and I think it was good desicion.
I bought a 17 touring for 19k with 48k and recently when I checked the history from previous owner seems like the vehicle had 20k in April 2020 when pandemic started and person was completely in doors driving very minimal. Looks like the person did the service yearly during C-19. Now it has 62k. Good deal or nah?
This post may backfire but here I go anyway. Honda recommends different spark plugs replacement intervals for different models with some being 60k or even 100k. But here is why you should replace them every 30k regardless. 1. They are cheap you can get them oem for around $8 each. 2. They are easy DYI if you have basic knowledge, even YT can help you out. 3. (Main reason) the rusting situation, the rust in the thread will eventually build up and make the plugs hard to come out, they may break if they have been there for long time. Just my 2 cents.
Cross climate 2 on my 2017 touring v6. They may not be the quietest and comfy tires out there but good god how well they are in terms of lasting. 40k on them and still plenty of life. Best money every invested.
I been wanting to ask this question for a long time. Any of you know how engine temperature really works? Now im not talking the coolant temperature but the actual engine temperature. For example let's say outside temperature is 70, after running the engine for some time the temperature will go up to let's say 150 (just making up a number). Now let's change the outside temperature to 100, does this make the temperature up to 180? Or you think the engine will go up to a max temperature regardless of the outside temperature? Any links to information on this will be appreciated.

I heard so many people saying they choose the EXL hybrid because the smaller rims and that it gives more mpgs but thats totally wrong. All you need to do is learn how to use the hybrid system. Today on my 30mns drive to work I managed to get 55mpg with my 26 touring here is how:
First of all if your hybrid battery is always charged above half of it that means you are using the hybrid wrong.
When you are in a road the key is to gas it to 3 or 4 miles above the max speed, let's say the speed limit is 45mph so speed up to 48 and LET THE GAS GO yes you heard that right let it go. Then press the pedal gently to maintain your speed the vehicle somehow will go into EV mode. Do this for all lights and stops. Also release the gas from far distance from a incoming light or stop, the EV is strong enough to get you the the light or stop.
I can summarize this post by saying this: Use your hybrid battery, learn how to use your battery and let the battery do its job. Happy mpgs!

2026 touring today my first 1k. To the God of the miles please allow my accord to get many many of these. 🥂
My 26 accord hybrid touring just hit 800miles and this is the first time averaging 40mpg on a 45 mns trip 30miles. This tells me the car and tires were braking in and now is ready for the real savings.
In acceleration, Honda comes back into the argument with its Accord Sport Hybrid reaching 60 mph in 6.4 seconds, compared with 6.8 seconds for a Camry XSE AWD, in independent testing. While the Toyota does have all-wheel drive and weighs more in this comparison, the figures do show that Honda's lower combined horsepower number doesn't automatically translate into weaker real-world performance.
Can someone explain how is this possible? The car is 1 year old (about). The miles, when you brake them by day = 273 per day. Could this possibly be an Uber/lift?

So let's sort this out. Many people are upset about the no spare tire thing in our Hondas but I personally believe is very wise not to have one and here is why.
Changing a flat tire in the middle of the highway could be dangerous and sometimes even life threatening, specially when Changing the driver's side.
Most women and with all respect nothing against them I promise, will never replace a flat tire in the highway, instead they will just call someone to request help perhaps a family member or road assistant.
Road services are widely offered with most insurances proving one and even if your insurance company doesn't give you one AAA membership is cheap to get that includes other road assistant services.
I drove both vehicles on both cases the top of the line and this is my #1 reason why Honda Hybrid is superior to Toyota's.
#1. The Hybrid Motors are so smooth and quiet. On Toyota's Hybrids you can FEEL and HEAR the Hybrid Motors turning on, this accord is so quiet that you don't even notice its a Hybrid. Also The Toyota's Hybrid noise is sort of annoying.

I want to thank Honda Community for been different to the Toyota community. Maybe some of you like me currently own or used to own a Toyota and a Honda at the same time and decided to join both communities. I can yell you Honda community is way different from Toyota. First of all these communities are supposed to be a source of help and we all should accept any valid criticism on the brand. However the time i been in Toyota community it seems like they don't like criticism, they will defend Toyota to death and will make fun of serious questions that people have about vehicles. While Toyota community is toxic I've seen how Honda community is different, we acept criticism and we help each other. Kudos 👏 to this wonderful community!
As many Accord owners I was hesitant to pull the trigger on one of these but oh man once you drive this beauty you won't want to go back. This car will pay itself in no time. 39K OTD SoCal 1 month after and I can tell you its worth every penny and no I don't work for honda. Just a guy enjoying this vehicle and sharing my personal experience. Fully windows tinted. Helps alot the Ac system. Ask anything.
