If you're having second thoughts about taking NIT CSE or DTU/NSUT CSE/ECE or NIT-D ECE or DTU/NSUT ECE/EE. Below info can help you decide.
NSUT/DTU have better alumni network, better campus life, MAANG visits every cycle not at NIT-D, better THE World Rankings (helpful for masters) of DTU than NIT-D across all categories (Overall, CS, Engineering). DTU and NSUT both have better location when compared to where NIT Delhi is and most deciding factor of all is that there is marks for attendance at NIT Delhi (5 marks if >95%, 4 if 90-95%, 3 85-90%, 2 if 80-85% and 1 mark if 75-80%. What kind of primitive marking scheme is this ?? Its sign of progressing backward honestly, even other NITs or IITs or Private college don't have this rule. VIT has no attendance policy for those who score above 9 CGPA and BITS has no attendance policy. No BS like this in DTU, you are eligible to write Sem end exams with even 50% attendance, easily. In NSUT min is 75%, not making it compulsory to have >95% by awarding marks for attendance. Need any more reasons ?? Comment below.
