Have to say goodbye this morning to my dog. Hoping if I write it down I can stay silently crying so I don't freak the poor fucker out as he naps on my feet.
Truly never felt grief this viscerally and he hasn't even gone yet. I'm not hesitant about my decision as I can't see an animal in pain but it's my first dog and I want him to live till 106.
Goodnight pal, you were incredible. Truly a missile of a dog that spread chaos and joy wherever he went. I just hope it all goes smoothly and I have the strength to stay in the room.
Decided to make a last minute trip next week to London after losing our dog this week.
However, the heat is coming it seems! Only staying in Fulham and bopping about some art galleries but I know London heat is quite strong and so any tips on keeping cool asides the obvious of water and air conditioned galleries would be most appreciated!

I'm looking for some CBD oil/ natural supplements advice.
My dog is 12yo and has CCD (Doggy Dementia) and is starting to experience sundowning. I am looking to introduce some cbd oil in the evenings to see if it can help.
We are at the vets on Tuesday to.discuss options but in the meantime we are looking at alternatives to reduce his distress.
