Hi, I'm hoping someone kind here can give me some advice or peace of mind because I'm currently spiraling. I got a septorhino 6 days ago (early on I know) with slight bump removal, tip refinement and turbinate reduction. I specifically told my surgeon that I don't want a piggy nose and the simulation we agreed on shows that clearly, I still have a columella from the side. Fast-forward 6 days and my nose is literally pin straight from the side, I look like I have a snout. I'm overwhelmed and confused as it's not what was agreed on. Is it potentially just because of extreme swelling that the columella is tight and cannot descend? Or did he really screw me over... Does anyone have experience with this? I'm willing to share photos. Would so appreciate feedback 😭🙏
