The last straw :)

Bhai aaj toh hadd hi paar ho gayi sabh cheez ki.

I report to the head of marketing right now. But due to company restructuring they are planning to hire a senior marketing manager and I will need to report to him. This means all my decision making goes and over that I won’t be a part of any big meetings which right now I’m leading. There are other managers in the team but they will be reporting to the head of marketing as usual. Also all male managers. I am the only female manager in the team. But only for me and one more person (who they will hire) the “reporting structure has changed”

Kya scene hai boss I’m super sus.

Dude. This is annoying AF

I hate one of my coworkers so much that I wanna quit my job. She’s like my unwanted relative who keeps commenting on what I eat and where I go and what I do.
She’s lies so much just to be cool that it’s beyond me to have a normal conversation with her.

What should I do man

Guys, I need your honest opinion. Please seriously help me out

So I work in this great company that I have always wanted to join. I have interviewed here multiple times in the past once in 2015 then 2019 and then in 2021. I finally cracked a job with them last year only. While grateful that I have a job in the current situation and world affairs, etc etc. but this job sucks it has sucked the life out of me. My manager has a pattern, a very toxic pattern where she will completely stop talking to me to the point it affects my work, and I am just left hanging with nothing to do when I know. I have so much to complete. This only leaves me anxious because she will turn around and say I’m not doing any work when deliverables are not met.

Because of this pattern and behaviour by my manager, the whole team has turned hostile towards me except a few juniors and my team member, but the rest of the managers have become really hostile towards me and it’s become very tough to survive this toxic environment.

I want to ask you how to deal with such a person how to go about this. .im really out of ideas

Is it safe to say I feel I wasted my time reading this book?

I wanted to know whether Kaiji was the killer or not but they’ve ended this book with fully proper women liberation :/

The book wasn’t about Kaiji but actually about liberating Rika! URGGHHHHHHHS

Feel so weird about it.
