I am planning na ma take sang gapyear and while on gapyear I want to join orgs preferably medical related pero open man ko to any type of volunteer work as long as ma out ako sa house.
I was diagnosed with bipolar 1 with psychotic features recently and it ruined my life. Ga take na ko leave of absence or gap year for my mental health. Lagi ako nakarinig nang boses na negative about myself and I suffer man from severe anxiety because of those voices. No one understand me they think na oa lang ko. Student nurse ako pero I suffer sa anxiety to the point na indi ako makagalaw or makaisip sa stress sa area. sad ako kay ang classmates ko ma graduate without me kay nag gapyear ako. I dunno man what to do sa gap year ko so any advise is appreciated.
I am a nursing student suffering from severe anxiety. To the point that during duty I would shiver and mess up because my brain would just dissapear. I accidentally messed up and this leads to me feeling worthless. I decided to take a gapyear because my psychiatrist rexommended it to cure my anxiety but I don*t know if it actually works. I am a nursing student that has severe panic attack where it is hard to think and move on duty when I am having panic attack. I made some mistakes but I desperately want to be a nurse in the end. I decided to take a gapyear for my mental health I wanna ask if I would be less prone or more controlled with panic attacks if I took a gap year. And ay advice on what to do for my gapyear to help with panic attacks and anxiety.
