Pulled of Wellbutrin after a week, feel so hopeless

After 20 years of Prozac, my new psychiatrist decided to wean me off last October - I was tired of being tired and wondered if I still needed it. All was fine, but in January my work got bad. It’s been 8 months of chronic stress utter hell, and now the burnout and anxiety that has been constantly building is taking me down. I spoke with my psychiatrist and she put me on Wellbutrin 150xl, started 8 days ago. Took a week to arrive and I was freaking out while waiting. Didn’t notice much change the first week but heard that’s normal. The past 3 months I wake up in the middle of the night with a racing heart and intense heat and anxiety, so I asked for help with that on Friday and she gave me proponolol. I thought maybe there was a tiny improvement but a stressful weekend and Monday tore me up. I woke at 4:30am this morning with worse heart racing and panic, and couldn’t get back to sleep, so sent her a message and asked if there was something else to help with the anxiety. She told me to stop the Wellbutrin, try therapeutic techniques with a therapist and we’ll go back to the drawing board when I can talk to her in two days.
I feel so disappointed and sad. I had hope. Maybe I could be fixed. But I don’t know what’s happening to me. Do I just need to give the Wellbutrin more time? Am I going to have issues stopping it? I don’t want to go back to Prozac. I just want to be myself again, any thoughts to get me through

Skating community for beginner adults?

How’s the community? I’ve been in ice skating classes since the beginning of the year and sad that I can’t find a community - I need some support as I am not learning as fast as most. Much of that likely has to do with the rink’s limited public skate time to practice and the fact that everyone is younger than me. I feel bad for wanting to stop but also wondering why I’m making myself do something that’s making me sad. I’m being held back in my level so if I continue I’ll be with new skaters as the ones I know move on.

Ice skating is very difficult for me, but I had wanted to try it. Once I got in, I saw how long the journey is to be able to do anything and takes quite an investment in time and money to progress. Lots of pressure, lots of repetition and lots of reprimanding to practice more.

I’m a little lost right now if I should start another semester of ice skating or pivot to roller skating. I have quad wheels but haven’t spent much time with them. There are beginner skate classes around and was thinking of trying them out to meet people in the community. My city has a lively outdoor skate community, but I need to learn basics first … I’m wondering if that will take years like ice? Are middle age people who work day jobs accepted? Seems like practicing would be easier since even if I can’t get to a rink I just need a flat surface? I feel bad for wanting to leave the ice, but why should I stress about an activity that should give me joy. Hopefully I’m not just running from one problem instead of pushing thru.
