New rig, help me choose

Have a choice between the new Meta HT V3 or new Trek Roscoe.

Pricing in Aus means I can build.up the roscoe for a few 100 less, also concernet at 6'1 the commencal is abit shorter and we cant get XL in Aus.

Or a 2nd hand 2021 Honzo AL

What would you choose?

Planning on setting this up for some adventures/bikepacking. Currently has a funny bar/stem combo (super short stem and surly sunrise)

Does it look like i need to stretch outmore or looking OK? Should i just go to a more traditional setup eg. normal low rise bar and 70mm stem

I had a waltly a long time ago thinking of ordering another or another Ti hardtail from a big bike brand that specialises in steel/Ti hardtails.

What we laying these days for a Waltly hardtail? Has the gap closed on price?

Without actual data how would you generalise the following situation.
a sled with 4 steel wheels each with ball bearings with a load of 10T accelerating from rest (by external forces) to a steady speed on steel rails.

I know there a rules of thumb for co-efficient of friction but do we divide the load by the number of wheels to find a force per wheel then multiply by number of wheels? do i multiply the co-efficent of static friction of both the wheel bearing and the wheel-rail?
The static force is going to be significantly higher than the kinetic yeah?

Looking for a new car,

Have upto 30k to spend but would prefer to soend 20k to save for upgrades/repairs.

Want somthing that will do comfortable Highway KMs, tow some small stuff (fold out camper) and possibly have 7 seat option.

Theres a V8 Defender country for sale for 18k near me, old but steady..

Or do I look at disco 3/4?

4th Gen Pajero?

Patrols?

Not super worried about petrol prices.

Would prefer to buy somthing un modifies the patrols with heaps of gear are generally thrashed, and not keen on having the last blokes DIY fixes all thru the car.
