Finally got my failed ITR payment refund after a week of pure stress.
I was filing my ITR last week and did the payment via CRED UPI. After I did the payment the ITR page didn't redirect to the next step it stayed in the QR page.
The payment status under epay went from 'Payment Initiated' to 'Payment Failed' (Took a few hours).
The money was still credited to the CBT, I called the bank and they confirmed the same. I called the ITR grievance office and they asked me to mail the same info to the epay help desk.
After multiple followups with them they marked the incident as resolved and asked me to raise this with the bank.
I had to call the bank again and tell them what CBT told me and they raised a ticket and finally I got my money back today.
It took more than a week, multiple followups with both parties and stress. They also levy GST on credit card payment!!
Even to take money from the citizen the govt makes us go through so much! Such in-efficiency!! Can't they f'king fix the portal make it more fault tolerant?
Did anyone face anything similar? What payment mode and gateway worked for you?

TDS Deducted but No 26AS Record: Need Advice
A bond that I purchased from Wint Wealth has deducted TDS but I am unable to find the same in 26AS form.
I want to report the TDS deducted but I am unable to find the TAN of the deductor.
Name of the company: IFL Finance.
I tried finding the TAN using Know your TAN but there are no records.
How else can I report the amount in ITR.?

Use it within 45 days from now.
Redeemable at the time of flight booking for single user. So whoever claims it first it will be theirs.
