Looking at the Hamilton Khaki in bronze and the Baltic Aquascaphe Classic with the black dial. I like vintage inspired designs and don’t have a good field watch or diver in my collection. I find I generally gravitate towards lightweight watches for daily use, so wondering if the Baltic is too bulky, even though it’s a beauty.
If anyone has either watch, would appreciate thoughts and pictures!
I love the look of film photography with high contrast, where the shadows are strong and dark and the color is high in saturation. But I want to avoid underexposure—the washed out effect is the opposite of what I’m looking for. I’m sometimes able to achieve the look I’m going for but not always sure how I did it. Would really appreciate advice!

What’re some black dial Diver/Chrono watches that people love in the style of old Rolex Submariners or Omega Speedmasters? Always loved this style with the smaller case size. Looking for interesting, more affordable brands doing something in the same vein.
Picked up this horsehide Highwayman for a good price on eBay. Fit seems good and leather’s in good condition. Only problem is that it smells pretty badly like old cigarettes. Left it outside for a couple of days, helped maybe a little. Then I wiped it down with a generous bit of febreeze fabric cleaner, now it just smells like febreeze mixed with cigarettes. Last thing I tried was a little bit of vodka + water mixture. Still has a weird smell.
Any tips? Should I just be patient? Or will this have a weird odor forever?
