I started on rybelsus in April 2026 off licence for weightless.

My aim is to lose the 8kg I put on last year due to menopause.

I started on the old 3mg, 7mg ( equivalent to 1.5 and 4) and 3 months on 9mg ( new dose).

I have lost 4kg only, but the last month nothing- I've plateaued.

I know there is now 25mg ( as wegovy) but I've only a small appetite, so I feel that the wegovy is doing what it needs to, and think less appetite would be unhealthy.

Do we think this is the limit of what I can achieve

I have a photoshoot coming up and one of the moves I wished to do was poisson.

However, I've seen a photo with the dancer in front of the pole rather than behind as we have learned.

The aesthetic of this move appeals so much more to me. What is it called? Thanks

I've recently started on the 3mg. Following discussion with my practitioner that I would benefit from increasing my dose, i've ordered my next supple of 7mg, but I've received the new 4mg instead.

Are these new doses effective?
