How litigious are vampires?
If the renter cannot allow vampires in, then anyone not on all deeds also has no authority. Which deeds are most important?
If the house is mortgaged, the lender would also be a decision maker.
Do vampires only enter homes, or is commercial real estate also a target?

I'm fairly introverted and new to the area, so I don't know the different scenes.
It'd be great to meet some folks who could show me their favourite nontouristy places. I love quiet yet vibrant spaces. Just as comfortable visiting double Michelin star restaurants as fireside tribal ceremonies.
