My mother likes to clean this damn house like we are about to perform laparotomy here at any given second.

Im a working woman, so i cannot help much with my job and studies.

I've found her some local maids (3-4) but they are either not punctual or they're so bad at safai suthrai that we have to clean up once again when they leave.

I am looking for a maid who's,

Somewhat professional

Girl/woman (coz we are all ladies here, except my father)

Punctual, not habitual of lying

We need her for the usual brooming, mobbing, basically just 1.5 -2 hours everyday. Weekend off if she wants to.

My budget is bw 8k to 10k if shes really good.

For context, Im a doctor, working as a medical officer in a private institute.

Ive been working in this institute for around 9 months now. 7 hours daily. And I manage emergency patients, NICU, and also basic outdoor patients.

I take pride in what I do, im v professional

And so far ive received zero bonus, zero paid leaves, except for the 4 Saturdays off a month.

So last month, our consultant, who also happens to be the owner of the hospital told me that he wanted me to step up my role and take some responsibilities in the management of the hospital, the hospital is clearly struggling with patient flow and lack of nursing staff and administration.

So on top of what i do on the daily, ive also taken care of Medical officer roasters, staff roasters, provided them with checklists to improve the hospital patient care, ive also handled some patient and staff conflict, and taken interviews of medical staff to complete the team. Ive personally asked one of my colleagues to join the hospital.

The thing is, i asked my consultant that he also needs to increase my pay package if he wants me to work extra. And he just laughingly said that "Pehlay aap kuch kr tou lein, mein notice kroo ga "

New month is here and bam! No increase in my salary. None. Same 65k, Im a bloody doctor man. Im working for your sick stupid institute where you trap patients and make admissions as much as we can, and you get mad at us if we send patients home on simple medication, you want us to skin alive middle class people if they come to us in their sickness.

But when it comes to paying us fair wages, aap ki jaan jati hai.

I hate capitalism, man. And I hate misogyny. Dude didnt even take me seriously, made me work extra, made me draw excel sheets and google forums, and didnt pay me a dime.

So, I need advice on how to go talk to him, and drill into his mind thar I need a pay raise.

I cannot leave this job till the end of 2026, cant quit yet.

And, if i would say anything harshly, he would not sign my experience letter and would make up an excuse to fire me on disciplinary grounds.

Let me know how to handle this guys, please.
