Who makes the highest quality options? Ideally would like to keep it manual, not electric. Price really isnt a concern. Thanks

Ive ultimately had my eyes set on a mid size truck because of the perceived need of a higher tow capacity. Wife said the gas mileage was too low on those options (i drive 100+ miles a day). I used the car builder on Fords website and the exact build i would want was literally at the dealership near my house. I called and they told me it had just sold, bummer. Same day i get a call that the other people backed out. Well, im a Maverick owner now i guess. lol

Any small cheap mods that are game changers? Already planning on getting the tailgate struts.
